La-Ce-attapulgite催化分解NO的研究

Experimental research on catalytic decomposition of nitrogen oxide over La-Ce-attapulgite catalyst

摘要 采用化学共混法制备系列La-Ce-attapu lgite催化剂,并在固定床反应器中进行NO催化分解性能测试。实验考察了稀土加入量、La/Ce配比、共混液pH值和催化剂的活化煅烧温度等制备条件对催化剂脱硝性能的影响。结果表明:稀土加入量为2%,共混液pH=7,La/Ce比值为LaxCe(1-x)(x=0.5),煅烧温度400℃时,La-Ce-attapu lgite催化剂具有较为良好的NO催化分解活性。在空速5 500 h-1,NO进口浓度为0.08%,氧含量5%,反应温度为400℃的实验条件下,其NO分解脱硝率可达64.2%。此外,还用XRD和SEM对催化剂的性质进行了表征。 A series of La-Ce-attapulgite catalysts with different compositions prepared by chemical blending method were tested for the catalytic decomposition of nitrogen oxide in a fixed bed flow reactor.Effects of catalyst preparing conditions,including the rare earth content,ratio of La/Ce,pH value of the chemical blending,calcination treatment temperature of the catalysts on the catalytic activity of nitrogen oxide decomposition were investigated.The La-Ce-attapulgite catalyst prepared under the optimal conditions: rare earth content,La∶Ce,pH value of the chemical blending and calcination treatment temperature was 2%,LaxCe(1-x)(x=0.5),7 and 400℃,respectively,was identified as the most active catalyst for the catalytic decomposition of nitrogen oxide,and the denitration rate could be up to 64.2% under reaction conditions of 400℃,gas space velocity of 5 500 h-1,the flue gas of 0.08% NO and 5% O2 balancing by N2.Additionally,the characteristics of the La-Ce-attapulgite catalysts were studied by SEM and XRD.
