摘要
根据相似理论建立了针对某燃煤电厂新建袋式除尘器工程的气流分布物理模型实验装置,并对其在典型工况下的气流分布情况进行了实验和分析。在此基础上,通过增加导流板和改变气流分布板的组合方式等措施,调整优化系统的气流分布情况,得出了适用于该项工程的气流分布设计和优化方案。
In order to test and optimize the gas-flow distribution of a newly-built fabric bag filter of coal-fired power plant,a set of scaled physical model was established according to the similarity theory.Based on the goal,several tests were carried out with different diversion measures,including adding flow deflectors and changing the combination way of perforated plates.Through these tests,an optimum proposal was obtained.
