Shi and the Complexity under the Chinese Management Situation:A View from Shi Science

管理的挑战来源于管理系统不断增长的复杂性,而系统复杂的本质是系统要素之间的差别与联系的相互作用,营造了强大的信息势而呈现出相变和分岔带来的不确定性,因而,应对复杂的有效战略就是通过抽象获得更多的信息量、营造更大的信息势。势科学原理的核心是"对称性原理"。势的运行机制是"差别促进联系、联系扩大差别",推动复杂系统从"不对称→对称→不对称→对称"的往复过程中,形成从置换群到变换群再到更高层次上的变换群,从而推动社会从管理和谐到社会和谐的螺旋式演化与发展。
