摘要
参考国外大学的做法,按照工作重心不同将研究型大学教授划分为3种:科学研究型、科学教育型和科学实践型。在文献检索以及对M大学343位教授近3年履职考评情况统计分析的基础上,初步构建了研究型大学教授履职考评3级指标,并运用德尔菲法、层次分析法对各类教授履职考评指标赋予权重,为研究型大学核心人力资源开发提供了参考和借鉴。
Learning from foreign university's practice and according to different working focus,professors of the research-oriented universities are divided into scientific research-oriented professors,teaching-oriented professors and practice-oriented professors.Based on literature retrieval and statistical analysis of evaluating the performance of 343 professors' duties of M university in the past three years,we preliminarily construct the performance evaluation index system of professors in research-oriented universities.In addition,we apply Delphi method and AHP method to give a weight coefficient to the index system in order to offering some helps for developing core human resources in the research-oriented universities.
