摘要
针对国产化技术建成的乙腈精制装置产品中杂质氢氰酸含量较长时间不合格，严重影响产品的质量，深入研究了乙腈精制中的化学处理脱氰过程，研究结果经工业试验获得了良好的效果。
The presence of hydrocyanic acid had been affecting the quality of acetonitrile for a long time.Caustic soda is employed instead of paraformaldehyde(which is highly toxic)to remove the impurity.The method has been tested on an industrial unit with satisfactory results.
