汕头市4512例药品不良反应/事件报告分析

Analysis of 4512 Adverse Drug Reaction/Event Reports in Shantou

目的了解汕头市药品不良反应/事件的发生情况,分析其发生的因素、特点与规律,以期为临床合理用药提供参考,促进临床合理用药。方法对汕头市药品不良反应中心提供的汕头市2006～2009年4512例药品不良反应/事件报告进行统计分析。结果 4512例药品不良反应/事件以中老年人不良反应发生率较高;涉及24类药物,以抗菌药物、中枢神经系统药物和中药制剂位居前三;临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害,全身性损害居多。结论药品不良反应/事件与患者年龄,药品种类,给药方式等因素有关,应遵循合理用药原则,加强药品不良反应监测工作,促进临床合理用药。

Objective Understanding adverse drug reaction（ADR） of medicine in Shantou City, to analyze the factors, characteristics and rules that lead to ADR, for providing references of the reasonable Clinical Trail. Methods Statistics and analysis 4 512 cases of ADR reports that collected from 2006 to 2009 by center for ADR. Results Out of the 4 512 cases ADR reports, The high mortality was middle aged and elderly people ADR; The formor three drug among 24 kinds medicines were Antibiotics, Central nervous system drugs and TCM; The major clinical expressions of ADR were a general harm and skin and appendix harms. Conclusion The major factor of ADR were age,medicine kinds, the kind of take medicine, and so on. ADR monitoring should be followed the principles of take medicine and strengthened to promote the clinical use of drugs.
