应用移动式清洗设备清洗铁路油罐车之前进行通风换气十分必要,分析了铁路油罐车有/无残存油品两种情况下的通风换气过程,推导了在这两种情况下油气浓度随时间变化的关系式,其计算结果对铁路油罐车清洗确定换气时间具有十分重要的意义。

It is necessary to carry out ventilation to rail tanker before its cleaning. The ventilation processes are studied both for the case of without-remnant of oil and with-remnant of oil in this paper. The formulas,which describe the variation of concentration of oil and gas with time,are inferred. These formulas play an important role in determination of time needed to carry out ventilation before the cleaning of rail tanker.
