摘要
采用饲料混药法研究了苦杏仁精油对玉米象的种群抑制活性,结果发现由于试虫在一定的处理浓度下出现保护性昏迷,使苦杏仁精油处理下的玉米象的死亡率曲线呈"N"字形;苦杏仁精油对玉米象有很强的种群抑制活性,且随着处理浓度的降低,含HCN和除去HCN两种精油对玉米象F1代和F′代的种群抑制效果逐渐降低,不同浓度处理的试虫的F1代种群抑制率范围在30%~100%之间,F′代的种群抑制率范围在29.39%~58.19%之间;另外,含HCN和除去HCN的苦杏仁精油对玉米象的种群抑制活性对比试验结果表明去HCN的苦杏仁精油的杀虫活性显著高于含HCN的苦杏仁精油。
Population inhibition activity of bitter almond oil against Sitophilus zeamais Mots. was studied with the diet- incorporated method. Results:The mortality of Sitophilus zeamais Mots. presents a curve of " N" because certain concentration of bitter almond oil may cause insects narcosis; bitter almond oil has very strong population inhibition activity on Sitophilus zeamais Mots.. The population inhibitory effects on FI and F'decrease with the decrease of the concentration of bitter almond oil; the population inhibitory rate of F1 is between 30% and 100% ,and that of F'is between 29.39% and 58.19%. The effect of bitter almond oil without HCN is significantly higher than oil with HCN.
