摘要
为进一步提高NSFC-广东联合基金管理水平和资助效益,有必要对其进行绩效评估探索。主要是从关联度、人才培养、合作交流、创新成果、项目延伸、管理与组织实施等几个方面进行评估,并提出了提高成绩效益的几条措施。
For improving the management and funded benefits of the Joint Fund of National Science Foundation of China（NSFC）and Guangdong Provincial Government,it＇s necessary to carry out the performance evaluation exploration.The thesis tries to conduct investigation from the following aspects：the relevancy,talent cultivation,cooperation and exchange,innovation achievements,project extensions,management and implementation,and so on,and then put forward several measures to improve its achievement benefits.
