基于协同学理论的闽台光伏产业合作发展研究

Research on the Collaborative Development of Photovoltaic Industry between Taiwan and Fujian on the Basis of Synergetic Theory

跨区域的产业协同发展已经成为一股不可抵挡的潮流。近年来,两岸光伏产业联动发展态势良好,台湾光伏厂商以不同形式在大陆相关省份投资设厂发展光伏产业,而与台湾一水相隔的福建,却在两岸光伏产业协作上远远落后于苏浙赣等省份。为了能更好地推动闽台光伏产业协同发展,借鉴协同学理论方法,在分析两地光伏产业协同发展的互补条件、自组织机制、竞合关系等的基础上提出了相关政策建议,以期对闽台光伏产业协同发展提供有益的借鉴。

The trans-regional industry development has become an irresistible trend.In the past few years,pv industry maintained a good development momentum.Taiwan pv companies have developed pv industry in various ways by putting investment and establishing factories in relevant provinces of the mainland.However,Fujian,being separated by only a strip of water from Taiwan,lags far behind from such provinces as Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Jiangxi and so on.In order to promote the collaborative development of pv industry between Taiwan and Fujian,by drawing from the synergetic theory method,this paper analyses the complementary condition,organization mechanism,competitive and cooperative relation of Taiwan and Fujian provinces in the collaborative development of pv industry.Finally,it puts forward some policy suggestions on the basis of analytical results with the hope that it could provide useful reference for the collaborative development of pv industry between Taiwan and Fujian provinces.
