摘要
科技成果转化与推广应用的程度,是目前衡量一个国家科技进步和经济实力的一个重要标志。与我国取得的科技成果数量相比,目前成果的转化率仍然较低。总结分析了造成科技成果转化率偏低的几种原因,并在总结分析国外发达国家成熟经验的基础上,提出了有针对性的提高我国科技成果转化率的建议。
The level of technology transformation and application is an important indication for scientific and technological progress and economic strength of a country.Compared with the quantity of technology achievements,the technology transformation ratio is relatively low in China.The paper analyzes the reasons for low ratio in technology transformation,and gives some suggestions based on analysis of developed countries measures.
