摘要
阐述苏州中小企业应用ERP的必要性,根据典型调查研究,重点分析了苏州中小企业ERP实施与应用现状及存在的主要问题,然后从ERP实施前、实施中和实施后三个方面对如何改进企业ERP实施与应用提出了一些对策,期望对苏州中小企业ERP应用提供帮助。
The paper demonstrates the necessity of using the ERP software inSMEs.Based on the targeted research,it first presents the implementation,application and major problems of using ERP within SMEs in Suzhou.Then it offers some possible suggestions on how to improve the effectivencss and efficiency before during and after implement.
