摘要
知识经济背景下,新产品研发(NPD)活动是企业培育核心竞争力的源泉,而对NPD项目团队的有效测评是NPD项目成功管理的关键。立足于当前研发团队绩效测评理论,在深入分析影响NPD项目团队绩效关键因素的基础上,采用综合绩效评价机制,从团队整体和团队成员两个层次,构建了基于NPD项目的团队绩效测评体系,为企业NPD项目团队的绩效管理提供指导。
Under the background of knowledge-based economy,new product development(NPD) activities are the source to cultivate the core competitiveness of enterprises,while it is the key for successful management of NPD project to have the effective evaluation.Based on the current performance evaluation theory of RD team and in-depth analysis on the key factors that influencing NPD project team performance,using a comprehensive performance evaluation mechanism,the article constructs a new system for evaluating performance of NPD project team from two levels of the overall and team members so as to provide guidance for enterprises'performance management of NPD project team.
