走出管理理论的丛林——基于管理哲学的视角

Path out of the Management Theory Jungle——from the Perspective of Chinese Management Philosophy

管理学家孔茨在半个世纪前就提出了"管理理论丛林"的问题,然而到现在人们都无法走出这个丛林,管理理论的这种乱局给人类社会带来了严重的后果。通过对西方管理思想发展的哲学规律的梳理,分析其产生的原因,提出学习中国传统文化价值观和中国系统思维方式来进行管理理论创新的方法,探索走出管理理论丛林的有效途径,也从理论上肯定了中国传统文化价值观和传统思维方式在现代企业管理中的重要作用。

Professor Koontz said that we were exploring the management theory jungle a half century ago.However,we still stay in this jungle and it has brought a lot of problems to our society.The paper studies those problems from the angle of Chinese management philosophy,and gives some solutions to those problems.What＇s more,in China,do companies should apply western management thoughts or Chinese traditional thoughts in management？ This paper can give some references.
