"肾藏精"是中医藏象理论的重要组成部分。本文重点阐述"肾藏精"的"象"表征信息;肾藏精主生长发育、生殖,生髓主骨、通脑,起亟、主外等生理效应;"肾藏精"的神经-内分泌-免疫网络(NEI)、中心法则、DNA、干细胞等生物学基础;"从肾论治"相关疾病细胞、分子水平的生物学机制。"肾藏精"如何调控基因差异表达、干细胞定向分化尚需进一步深入探索。

＂The kidney storing essencei＂s an important part of the visceral manifestation theory of TCM.This article mainly expounds its manifestation token information,its physiological effects on dominating growth,development and reproduction,producing marrow to dominate bones and connect the brain and meeting an emergency,modulating the balance between the body and the outside environment,its biological basis of the neuro-endocrino-immune network（NEI）,the central dogma,DNA and stem cell and the biological mechanism of treating the correlative diseases based on the kidney at cell and molecule level.The adjustable function of＂the kidney storing essence＂on gene differential expression and stem cell directional differentiation still needs farther deep exploration.
