摘要
以丙烯酸、二甲胺、环氧氯丙烷为原料,通过曼尼希反应制得两性离子单体。通过单体与丙烯酰胺的水溶液聚合,讨论其聚合的条件对转化率的影响。为提高分子量而采用沉淀聚合,并讨论沉淀聚合时的各条件对分子量的影响。最后测定其共聚物的阳离子度,并说明分子量和阳离子度对聚合物防膨性的影响。
Amphoteric monomer is prepared with acrylic acid,dimethylamine,and chloro-ethanol by Mannich reaction.It got the regular that the monomer with acrylamide by free radical solution.In order to increase molecular weigh,it used precipitation copolymerization.In addition,the conditions affecting molecular weigh are studied,and cationic degree is measured.At last the property that was preventing clay from swelling affected by molecular weigh and cationic degree is discussed.
