摘要
通过研究部分水解聚丙烯酰胺的分子量、水解度以及其加量对水泥浆失水的影响,指出作为水泥浆降失水剂的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺的分子量应在60~65万,水解度在6.0%~7.5%,加量在0.5%~0.7%时的降失水效果最好,同时,研究出了合成这一分子量和水解度的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺的试验条件,为油田上将部分水解聚丙烯酰胺作为水泥浆降失水剂奠定了基础。
Through researching the effect of filtrate for cement slurry by the molecular weight,hydrolysis degree and the addition of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide (HPAM),the results indicate that HPAM with molecular weight of 600~650 thousand, hydrolysis degree of 6.0%~7.0%, and addition of 0.5%~0.7% could greatly reduce the amount of filtrate for cement slurry. The experiment conditions have been obtained for synthesizing this molecular weight and the degree of hydrolysis of HPAM. The base on HPAM as filtrate reducer for cement slurry in oilfield is established.
