Research and Application of TG-2 Fluid Loss Control Agent for Cement Slurry.

叙述了固井用降滤失剂TG-2的室内研究和现场试验情况.TG2是由多溶性高聚物SPVT和SVT与分散剂PNS按一定比例复配而成的,具有降滤失效果好,改善流变性,降低自由水,对稠化时间和水泥石强度影响小,并与其它外加剂配伍良好等特点。

This paper introduces the laboratory test and field experiment of TG-2 fluid loss control agent for well cementing. TG-2, formulated with two water soluble polymers (SPVT and SVT) and a dispersant PNS, can provide excellent fluid loss control performance,improve the rheological property of cement slurry, and reduce free water of cement slurry.Meantime, it has low effect on the thick time and the strength of cement slurry, and has good compatible with other additives for well cementing.
