后腹腔镜活体供肾切取术供者的围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of the patients accepting laparoscopic living donor nephrectomy

目的 总结后腹腔镜活体供肾切取术供者的围手术期护理经验,以指导临床护理工作.方法 我院于2008年4月至2009年5月行活体供肾切取术供者26例,对患者实施同步护理,并对护理措施进行回顾性总结.结果 26例活体供肾切取术供者均顺利恢复,痊愈出院.随访供者2～34个月,均无术后并发症,肾功能正常,生活质量较术前无明显改变.结论 对后腹腔镜活体供肾切取术供者实施相应的护理干预,可加快其康复,保证供者生活质量.

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of the patients who had accepted laparoscopic living donor nephrectomy and give the guidance to the nursing work. Methods 26 patients who had undergone laparoscopic living donor nephrectomy were recruited and treated with specific nursing and the nursing measures were summarized. Results All the 26 patients recovered well and discharged. There were no complications from 2 to 34 months＇ following up time. Their renal functions were all normal and the quality of life was not evidently different from that of preoperative. Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic liying donor nephrectomy could speed up the rehabilitation of donor and ensue their quality of life.
