有关我国电价改革的几点探讨

Discussion on Electricity Price Reform in China

价格机制是市场机制的核心,科学合理的电价机制能够有效反映电力供需关系并实现电力资源的优化配置。以上网电价、输配电价和销售电价3个环节的电价为研究对象,从电价水平、电价形成机制和电价管理体制等方面探讨了现行电价机制中存在的一些主要问题。最后对今后的电价改革工作提出了相应的建议与设想。

Price mechanism is the core of market mechanism. Scientific and reasonable electricity prices can retlect power supply-demand relationship effectively and realize optimal allocation of power resources. This paper studies three links of electricity price including on-grid power tariff, transmission and distribution price, and retail price and analyzes some key issues existing in current price mechanism from the aspect of price level, price formation mechanism, and price management system. Finally, some suggestions and ideas are proposed for electricity price reform in the future.
