摘要
供电企业是电网企业生产经营的基层单位,是电网企业联系人民群众生产生活的窗口,生产经营活动涉及电力建设、城乡规划、土地使用等专业法律和民事法律。供电企业深入开展普法工作,其目标是依法治企。分析了县级供电企业在经营管理中可能存在的法律风险,提出了防范和化解法律风险的对策,指出供电企业依法治企必须实施全面法律风险管理。
The power supply companies are not only grass-root units of grid corporations, but also the window for linking grid corporations and people＇s daily life. The production activities of power supply enterprises involve some specialized laws and civil laws related to the power construction, the urban ＆ suburban planning and the land utilization. This paper analyzes some legal risks probably existing in management of county-level power supply enterprises, proposes countermeasures to prevent and solve these legal risks. It is concluded that power supply companies should be managed according to corresponding laws and implement the comprehensive legal risk management.
