肿瘤科护士睡眠质量的调查

Investigation on sleep quality of nurses in oncology department

目的 探讨专科医院肿瘤科护士睡眠质量现状,分析影响某专科医院肿瘤科护士睡眠质量的因素.方法 采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）量表对108名肿瘤科护士睡眠质量进行调查及相关分析.结果 肿瘤科护士PSQI得分明显高于国内正常成人组,除睡眠质量与睡眠时间外,总分及其他5个成分得分差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;46.3%的肿瘤科护士睡眠质量差,PSQI总分＞7分;不同职称、工龄、夜班频数肿瘤科护士睡眠质量差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;不同科室、年龄、学历、婚姻状况肿瘤科护士睡眠质量差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 肿瘤科护士睡眠质量差,职称、工龄、夜班频数是肿瘤科护士睡眠质量的影响因素.

Objective To explore the sleep quality of nurses in oncology department in a special hospital,and to analyze the influence factors.Methods 108 nurses in oncology department were investigated by using the chart of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）and the influence factors were analyzed.Results the PSQI score of nurses in oncology department was higher than normal adult group.Except the sleep quality and sleep time,the differences of the total score and scores of other 5 aspects were statistically significant.46.3%nurses in oncology department had the score higher than 7,which meant the worse sleeping quality.Differences between the different professional title,different work age and different night shift frequency were Statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.there were no significant difference between the nurses who had different department,different age,different education and different marriage（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusions The sleep quality of nurses in oncology department is poor,and the influencing factors include the professional title,work age,and frequency of night shift.
