泥浆转化成水泥浆的分散剂研究及其特性分析 被引量:3

摘要 文章简析了泥浆转化成水泥浆时体系增稠的原因及各类分散剂的作用机理及特点。针对泥浆转化成水泥浆时体系含盐量高、pH 值高的特点,通过大量实验开发出了一种适合泥浆转化成水泥浆用的高效分散剂AB-1 。AB-1 为一种非离子型分散剂及阴离子型分散剂的混合物。外观呈棕红色液体,易溶于水,能在230℃下保持稳定。通过对两性离子聚合物及磺化体系泥浆的转化实验发现:AB- 1 能显著提高转化水泥浆的流变性,并能抗盐、抗碱。此外AB- 1 对早期及后期强度均无明显影响。对浆体稠化时间、失水也无明显影响。AB- 1 可应用于高温深井复杂泥浆转成水泥浆技术。 The reason of the system thickening when the mud is converted into cement slurry and the action mechanism and characteristics of different dispersants are briefly analyzed in this paper.In view of the characteristics of the high salt content and high pH value in the system when the mud is converted into cement slurry,a high efficiency dispersant——AB 1 suitable for mud to cement is developed through a large number of experiments.AB 1 is a mixture of non ionic dispersant with anionic one.It is a brown fluid and easy to be solved in water,and it is stable at 230℃.Through the conversion experiments of the amphoteric ionic polymer and sulfonated system mud,it is found that AB 1 can make the rheologic property of the converted cement slurry obviously raised and has salt resistant and alkali resistant properties.In addition, AB 1 has no obvious influence on the strength in the early and later stages,and the same applied to the thickening time and water loss of the slurry body.AB 1 can be used for the complicated mud to cement in deep high temperature wells.
