心理社会因素对乳腺癌患者术后康复的影响

Effect of psychosocial factors on rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer

目的 调查心理社会因素和人格特征对乳腺癌术后患者康复的影响.方法 采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、艾森克个性评定量表（EPQ）和社会支持量表（SSRS）调查73例乳腺癌术后患者（观察组）,并与同期73名正常健康女性（对照组）进行对照.结果 观察组SCL-90总分、阳性项目数、躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性各因子得分明显高于对照组（P＜0.01）;EPQ中神经质（N）分明显高于对照组、内外向（E）分明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）;SSRS社会支持总分、主观支持分及支持利用度明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 不良的个性特征以及缺乏对社会支持的认识和利用是影响乳腺癌术后患者康复的重要因素.

Objective To investigate the effects of psychosocial and personality characteristics on rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer. Methods 73 patients with breast cancer（ the study group） and 73normal persons （the control group）were received client-centered psychological care;both groups received psychological assessments of SCL-90, EPQ and SSRS. Results Scores of SCL-90, positive items, somatization,compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, horror, paranoid and factors of psychosis in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈0.01）;neuroticism scores of EPQ in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control （P 〈0. 01 ） ;scores of SSRS social support,subjective support and using-support degree in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control （ P〈0.01）. Conclusions Negative personality and absence of realization and utilization of social support were the important factors on rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer.
