摘要
川东地区独特的地质特点致使在该地区钻井要遇到一系列复杂和事故,主要表现为井深、极易井斜、复杂的井眼不稳定、长段井漏、多压力系统、地层高研磨性以及岩石不均质特性等。加之钻井设备老化等因素,严重影响了该地区的机械钻速。文中分析了产生这些问题的原因,提出了大力推广利用地层自然造斜规律钻中靶井技术和防斜打快技术;深井超深井配备大尺寸钻杆;在确保井控安全的前提下实施平衡钻井技术;针对地层岩石特性研制新型高效钻头类型;推广应用金刚石钻头配井下动力钻具,提高高密度条件下硬地层钻井速度技术;完善与发展井漏的测漏与综合堵漏技术。此外,继续从基础理论和机理上深层次研究川东碳酸盐岩裂缝性产层的压力、裂缝规模及分布规律和井眼失稳问题,加强小眼井钻井的配套工具与工艺技术,加强队伍素质培养。
For Particular geological properties in east sichuan area,a series of troubles and accidents such as greater well depth,well deviation,complicated wellbore instability,long-section lost circulation,multi-pressure system,high formation abrasion and heterogeneity of rocks,etc.have seriously affected ROP in this area.The paper analyses the causes of these problems,proposes application of hitting-target drilling technology using natural deflecting law,deviation-prevention rapid drilling technology and balanced drilling technology,etc.According to formation rock properties,a new and highly efficient bit type is developed.Application of diamond bits with downhole power drilling tools is popularized to improve the drilling speed in hard formations under high-density conditions.Meanwhile,others technical strategies are analysed and studied.
