摘要 金安桥水电站坝址地处中国西南横断山脉,冬季干燥少雨,夏季炎热多雨,全年高温时段持续时间长,年温差小,昼夜温差较大,对大坝碾压混凝土施工不利。为使运输、摊铺、平仓、碾压等工序满足质量要求,在施工中充分利用了具有缩短碾压混凝土层间间隔时间、用较小的浇筑强度覆盖较大的仓面、大规模循环流水作业等特点的斜层铺筑技术。经钻芯取样检验,斜层铺筑法施工质量与国内同类工程的平层铺筑法处于同一水平,且坝体内部的绝热温升控制优于平层铺筑法。 Jin'anqiao RCC clam locates in mountain range in southwest China. The RCC construction is adversely impacted by the special climate in clam site of dry winter, hot and rainy summer, long-duration high temperature, small temperature difference in a year and large temperature difference between day and night. To ensure the construction quality of RCC, the inclined-layer placing technology was used, by which, the interval between layers can be shortened, a larger constructing surface can be covered with a smaller pouring intensity and large-scale flow process can be achieved. The core samplings show that the construction quality of inclined-layer placing is at the same level with that of horizontal layer placing in similar projects in China, and the temperature rise within the dam body is smaller.
