浅谈金安桥水电站砂石加工系统改造及质量控制

摘要 介绍了金安桥水电站砂石加工系统的工艺流程及设备布置情况,运行存在的问题及技术改进措施。金安桥水电站玄武岩料场采取精细化开采施工,尽最大可能剔除凝灰岩、蚀变玄武岩、绿泥石、火山角砾熔岩等无用料夹层,以确保粗骨料的质量,同时也达到了降低成品砂脱水难度的目的。 The production process, equipment layout, operation problems and technology improvements of the aggregate preparation system for constructing Jin'anqiao Hydropower Station were introduced herein. The basalt aggregate was mined delicately so as to remove tuff, altered basalt, chlorite and volcanic breccia lava as maximum extent as possible. The quality of coarse aggregate was guaranteed and the dewatering of finished sand is easier to meet requirements.
