拌和楼二次风冷料仓改造与节能降耗分析 被引量:2

摘要 以阿海水电站拌和及制冷系统工程为例,进行了二次风冷料仓加扰流板模型实验。实验成功后运用于生产实践,经过1年来对料仓改造前、后骨料预冷实测数据统计分析。结果表明:二次风冷料仓改造后降低了骨料预冷温度,增加了骨料冷却区的有效容积。这样可以使骨料冷却更彻底,能达到节能降耗的目的。这将为类似拌和及制冷系统工程二次风冷料仓的改造提供参考,并具有广阔的推广实用价值。 By taking the concrete mixing and cooling system for the construction of Ahai Hydropower Station as an actual case, a model test on adding spoilers to the secondary cooling storage bin is made. After the success of the test, it is applied to the construction practice, and then the relevant statistical analysis is made on the measured aggregate pre-cooling data of one year before and after the improvement of the storage bin for one year. The result shows that the aggregate pre-cooling temperature after the improvement of the storage bin is decreased and the effective capacity of the aggregate cooling space is also increased. In this way, the aggregate can be more fully cooled and then the target of energy-saving can be got; which will provide a reference for the improvement of similar storage bin and has a broad prospect of popularizeation as well.
