新型球状磷酸铁锂的合成及电化学性能 被引量:12

摘要 在水热条件下,制备了水合碱式磷酸铁微球,500℃焙烧后生成直径为5μm的碱式磷酸铁,与碳酸锂一起焙烧后生成了球形磷酸铁锂.该方法可以有效地控制产物的尺寸和形貌,同时在产物表面形成均匀碳包覆,改善了磷酸铁锂的电化学性能. Using glucose as a carbon source,we successfully obtained carbon-coated LiFePO4 spheres with controlled size and morphology.Fe5(PO4)4(OH)3·2H2O spheres with a diameter of about 5 μm were formed through hydrothermal reaction,and the surface of the Fe5(PO4)4(OH)3·2H2O spheres was uniformly coated with glucose.After carbonization at 500 ℃,the Fe3(PO4)2(OH)2 spheres coated with carbon were obtained.Upon sintering with Li2CO3,the sphere morphology remains intact whereas the composition of the spheres converts to LiFePO4.The as-prepared LiFePO4 particles exhibit superior electrochemical performance.
