Status Analysis and Countermeasures Study on Patent Technology Introduced into National Drug Standards of Biological Medicine Industry

文章从专利与药品标准的关系出发,进行了生物医药产业专利融入药品质量标准的现状研究和问题分析,提出了专利技术纳入药品国家标准的条件,并分别从政府和企业两个层面给出了加快生物医药产业自主创新技术融入标准的可行性建议。

Based on the relationship between patent and drug standards, this paper systematically discusses the status and the current weakness of patent technology introduced into drug standards of biological medicine industry, puts forward some feasible conditions, and gives some countermeasures on promoting the patent technology introduced into national drug standards of biological medicine industry both in government and in enterprises of China.
