摘要
为了体现应力在复合板制设备中的具体分布情况以及常规设计方法和分析方法之间的差异,采用有限元分析软件对仲丁醇(SBA)水合反应器上封头和人孔在设计条件下的应力响应情况进行了分析,并结合JB4732-95所规定的应力强度对其结构强度进行了评定,通过等效三维模型应力分布对工程实际问题进行了求解分析。
In order to exhibit the concrete distribution situation of stress in the equipment made of clad plate and the difference between the conven- tional design method and the analytic design method, author has analyzed the stress response situation at the upper head and manhole of the secondary butyl alcohol (SBA) hydration reactor under design conditions by means of finite element analysis software, and has determined the structure strength in combination with stress strength stipulated in JB4732 - 95, has solved and analyzed the practical problems in engineering through the stress distribution of equivalent tri-dimensional model.
