摘要
介绍了700 t/d改进型全循环法尿素装置的生产运行效果。从CO2转化率、蒸汽消耗、一吸系统热平衡等方面分析了该尿素装置的生产运行数据,并与CO2汽提法尿素工艺、UTI尿素工艺以及传统全循环法尿素工艺进行了对比。结果表明,改进型全循环法尿素装置吨尿素蒸汽消耗仅为985 kg,比传统全循环法尿素装置降低蒸气消耗610 kg,降低氨耗14 kg,吨尿素节约成本86.8元。
Author has introduced the producing and running effect for modified type full circular urea plant with a capacity of 700 t/a, has analyzed the productive running data for this urea plant from aspects of CO2 conversion rate, steam consume, heat balance of first stage absorption system and so on, and comparison was made with CO2 stripping method urea process, UTI urea process and traditional full circular urea process. Result indicates that the steam consume is only 985 kg per ton of urea for modified type full circular urea plant, i.e. it is reduced by 610kg of steam consume and by 14kg of ammonia consume compared with the traditional full circular urea plant, and the cost saved per ton of urea is 86.8 Yuan RMB.
