自动顶空-气相色谱法测定食品包装材料中残留氯乙烯单体 被引量:4

Determination of residual vinyl chloride monomer in food packaging by Capillary Gas Chromatography with AutoHS headspace sampler

摘要 目的:建立了自动顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定食品包装材料中残留氯乙烯单体含量的分析方法。方法:采用DB-624毛细管色谱柱和氢火焰检测器测定,外标法定量。结果:样品加标平均回收率大于100.25%,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3.47%。结论:实验结果表明,该方法简便、快速,适合食品包装材料中残留氯乙烯单体的测定。 Objective:A method for determination of residual vinyl chloride monomer in food packaging by headspace capillary gas chromatography has been developed.Methods:DB-624capillary column and flame ionization detector(FID) were employed.External standards were used for quantitative determination.Results:The recoveries and relative standard deviations were 100.25% and 3.47% respectively.Conclusion:The results showed that the method was simple and quick.It was suitable for the determination of residual vinyl chloride monomer in food packaging.
