摘要
目的:建立新的检验方法测定尿中的汞。方法:原子荧光光谱法测定。结果:简化前处理方法,检出限为0.039μg/L,标准曲线相关系数为0.9996,相对标准偏差为1.21%,平均回收率为96.8%。结论:该法准确度、精密度良好、灵敏度高,是简便、快速、实用的测定尿中汞的方法。
Objective:To build new test method for determining the mercury urine.Methods:Atomic fluorescence spectrographic methods determination.Results:Sample pre-treatment process was simplified.The limit of detection was 0.039 μg/ml and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9996.The relative standard deviation was 1.21% and the average recovery rate was in the range of 96.8%.Conclusion: The accuracy are good,the sensitivity is high,which is simple,fast,in the Practical determination method of mercury in urine.
