摘要
目的:通过优化的固相萃取HPLC测定太湖水中MC-LR、RR、YR3种微囊藻毒素。方法:水样中胞外和胞内的微囊藻毒素通过C18固相富集后,以0.08%三氟乙酸的乙腈-水溶液(42∶58)为流动相进行液相色谱分离,紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。结果:3种微囊藻毒素的线性范围为0.01μg/ml^1.00μg/ml,回收率为81.3%~91.6%,RSD为0.95%~2.95%,定量检出限为0.005μg/L^0.01μg/L。结论:该方法具有操作快速、灵敏、简便、实用等优点,能够实际应用于太湖水中微囊藻毒素的测定。
Objective:To determine of the microcystins LR,RR and YR in Taihu Lake by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:The microcystins intra-cellular and ecto-celluar in the water samples were enriched by C18 SPE,seperated with C18 column with acetonitrile-water(42∶58,v/v)-0.08%TFA as mobile phase and detected at 238 nm.Results:The liner range was 0.01 μg/ml~1.00 μg/ml for MC-LR,RR and YR;the detection limit(LOD) was 0.005 μg/L~0.01 μg/L;the recoveries ranged from 81.3% to91.6% and the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.95%~2.95%.Conclusion: This method was convenient,fast,sensitive and practical,which can be used for the detection of microcystins LR,RR and YR in Taihu Lake water.
