摘要
目的:通过正交试验优选出较满意的测定鸡肉中低浓度铅的石墨炉原子吸收法条件。方法:将鸡肉微波消解,对消化液进行灰化温度、灰化时间、原子化温度、原子化时间四因素三水平的正交试验。结果:灰化温度750℃,灰化时间25 s,原子化温度1500℃,原子化时间3 s是较满意的实验条件。结论:正交试验试验量少,适用于石墨炉原子吸收法测定鸡肉中低浓度铅的实验条件筛选。
Objective:To develop an analytical method of trace lead in chicken by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry using orthogonal test.Methods: After the chicken was cleared up with microwave,the lead in sample solution was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry using four factors(incineration temperature,incineration time,atomization temperature,atomization time) three level orthogonal test.Results: The test with incineration temperature 750℃,incineration time 25 s,atomization temperature 1500℃,atomization time 3 s is a better test condition.Conclusion: The times of orthogonal test are few than times of routine test.The method is suitable for the determination of trace lead in chicken by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.
