摘要
目的:为了探索牛磺酸(Tau)的增智机理。方法:本文用Morris迷宫学习记忆模型,对大鼠在不同时期补充或抑制牛磺酸的吸收影响大鼠血清中T3、T4及大脑前额叶和海马中Zn含量进行比较。结果:发现适当补充牛磺酸可以提高血清T3及大脑前额叶、海马中Zn的含量,但是没有显著差异,含量的多少与学习成绩好坏基本吻合。而抑制牛磺酸的吸收可以明显降低血清T3的含量,而且与对照组比较有显著差异;抑制牛磺酸的吸收可以降低大脑中前额叶与海马的锌含量,但没有显著差异。结论:缺乏牛磺酸在胚胎初期可降低血清T3含量,从而影响甲状腺激素的合成;由于降低了对学习记忆非常重要的Zn的含量,从而影响了大鼠学习记忆能力。这可能是牛磺酸提高学习记忆能力的部分原因。
Objective:To explore into the mechanism of the function of taurine on improving intelligence.Methods: Morris water test maze training combined with the content of T3,T4 in serum and Zn2+ in cerebral frontal cortex and hippocampal were used to investigate the possible effects of supplementing Taurin or its depressor-β-Alanine in different periods.Results: The results indicated adding properly taurine can improve the ability of rat′s learning and memory and accompanied by the increase of T3 content in serum and the Zn2+ in cerebral frontal cortex and hippocampal,but there is no obvious difference in the whole thyroidotoxin content in different groups.Conclusion: Taurine can enhance the intelligence through improving the content of T3 in serum,Zn2+ in cerebral frontal cortex and hippocampal.This is probably one of the mechanisms of the function of taurine on improving intelligence.
