摘要
在对大庆低酸值原油三元复合驱中碱作用分析基础上,对三元复合驱中单一减(NaOH)和复配碱(NaOH+Na3PO4)化学反应关系进行了系统阐述,分析了原油酸组分在油水平衡中的计算问题,考虑了复配碱中磷酸盐对化学剂及碱耗的抑制和牺牲剂作用,首次利用碱驱模拟软件对复配碱问题进行了分析计算。针对大庆油田中区西部单碱复合驱和萨南东部过渡带复配碱复合驱的模拟表明,复配碱能更加有效地改善三元复合驱的开发效果。
Based on analyzing the effect of the alkali on Daqing crude oil of low acid content during Alkali/Surfactant/Polymer(ASP)flooding,the chemical reaction is discussed for single alkali and compound alkali during ASP flooding. How to calculate the acidity composition in the oil-water balance was studied with consideration of the effect of phosphate in compound alkali on alkali consumption and chemicals consumption. We have dealt with the problem about compound alkali with a simulator of the alkali flooding for the first time. The result,which is from simulating the single alkali flooding in middle west of Daqing Oilfield and thecompound alkali flooding in Sanan Oil field pilot test,shows that compound alkali can remarkably improve the efficiency of ASPflooding. The methods mentioned in this paper will play an important role in ASP flooding.
