摘要
目的:了解广州市部分食品食品添加剂使用现状。方法:2006年-2008年广州市对来源于所辖12个区县的肉菜市场、超市、餐饮店、批发点和零售点等的酱菜、蜜饯凉果、饮料、熟肉制品等食品进行食品污染物及部分食品添加剂按国家标准方法进行检测。结果:酱菜、蜜饯中的苯甲酸超标率分别为11.4%和6.3%;蜜饯、熟肉制品中的山梨酸超标率分别为6.3%和0.3%;蜜饯中的二氧化硫残留超标率为5.5%;熟肉制品中的亚硝酸盐超标率为0.3%;蜜饯、酱菜中的糖精钠超标率分别为17.2%和5.7%;蜜饯、饮料中的甜蜜素超标率分别为49.6%和20.0%;蜜饯中的安赛蜜、胭脂红、柠檬黄和日落黄的超标率分别为1.8%、3.2%、2.5%和1.6%。结论:广州市部分食品的食品添加剂过量、超范围使用问题应引起相关监督监管部门重视。
Objective:To understand the situation of food additives of foods in Guangzhou.Methods: Food samples were collected from the spots such as food market,supermarket,catering industry,wholesale and retailoutlet of 12 districts in Guangzhou during 2006-2008.and food contaminants including some food additives were detected.Results: The content of benzoic acid in the pickled vegetables and preserved fruits samples exceeded the national standards by 11.4% and 6.3% respectively.The content of sorbic acid in the preserved fruits and cooked meat products samples were higher than the national standards allowable amount by 6.3% and 0.3%.The content of residual sulfur dioxide in the preserved fruits samples were 5.5% above.The content of nitrites in the cooked meat products samples exceeded the permit volume by 0.3%.The content of saccharin in the preserved fruits and pickled vegetables samples exceeded by 17.2% and 5.7%.The content of sodium cyclamate in the preserved fruits and drinks samples were higher by 49.6%and 20.0% respectively.The excessive content of acesulfame K,poncea,tartrazine and sunset yellow in the preserved fruits samples were 1.8%,3.2%,2.5% and 1.6%.Conclusion: Close attention should be paid to the problem of food additives in some foods in Guangzhou.
