摘要
目的:了解青岛地区男性碘营养状况,为碘缺乏防治提供科学依据。方法:对2010年青岛地区5365名男职工尿碘监测结果进行分析。结果:2010年青岛市男职工尿碘中位数是210.7μg/L,尿碘结果低于100μg/L的占总样本的6.99%,尿碘结果高于300μg/L的占总样本的25.78%。结论:青岛地区碘营养状况良好,部分人群碘营养水平偏高,提示应加强监测,对不同碘营养状况的人群补碘实施分类指导。
Objective:To investigate iodine nutritious state for male workers of Qingdao area to provide scientific data for IDD controland prevention.Methods: To analyze monitoring data ofurinary iodine for 5365 male of Qingdao area in 2010.Results: The median urinary iodine in 2010 was 210.7 μg/L,it was 6.99% that samples urinary iodine less than 100 μg/L.it was 25.78% that samples urinary iodine more than 300 μg/L.Conclusion: The iodine nutritious state for male worker in Qingdao was satisfactory,but there was a trend that more than adequate,which suggest we should enhance monitoring for IDD and implement different guidance in different region of iodine nutritious state.
