摘要
目的:调查了解兰州市部分二次供水单位的卫生学基本状况,为逐步规范供水设施的建设、维护、管理提供基线资料。方法:采用现场查看与采样的方法,检测消毒前后水质的微生物学指标。结果:在所抽检的92家单位当中存在着不同程度的硬件设施配置缺陷,主要反映在水箱容积过大、管道铺设不合理、水池用料陈旧等不符合社会发展现况,同时在管理上没有专职人员,缺少专业的规范化培训;在对所抽检的样本消毒前消毒后进行了比对,细菌总数、大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群这三项指标在消毒前后的合格率分别由23.3%,36.7%,78.6%提高到97.8%,100%,100%。结论:兰州市二次供水设施存在着不同程度的缺陷造成了水质的二次污染,有待于改善。
Objective:To investigate contaminated situation of some secondary water supply units in Lanzhou city,which aimed at supplying the positive elemental information for construction,manage and maintain mechanism of water supplying system.Methods:To explore the condition of the bacteria culture before disinfection and after disinfection by going the spot examines and random sampling.Results:Hardware configuration defects were found in 92 units through the investigate,which included the bigger volume of water storage tank,unreasonable product structure of pipeline laying,outdated materials painted inner surface.At the same time,the problem of no full-time management staff and professional training needed to be attentioned.Three indicators of total bacteria,coliform group and thermotolerant coliforms were increaseed from 23.3%,36.7%,78.6% to 97.8%,100%,100% after disinfection.Conclusion:Different shortages were existed in secondary water supply system in Lanzhou city,which influenced water quality security.
