摘要 从权威医学专业期刊到主流大众传媒,2010年,“超级细菌”以其极高的出现频率诱发了全球对其的高度关注。所渭“超级细菌”是指一种携带有NDM-1基因的肠杆菌科细菌,因对多种广谱抗生素具有耐药性而得名。事实上,在人类与细菌争斗的历史过程中,耐药以及多重耐药细菌的现象并非少见,如上世纪60年代发现的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)、上世纪90年代报道的耐万古霉素肠球菌(VRE)以及21世纪初报道的泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌和鲍曼不动杆菌等。但更加值得关注的是,“超级细菌”的形成、传播与流行、预防控制和治疗策略不仅是医务人员的责任、义务以及面临的挑战,而且与普通民众的健康观念和抗生素使用倾向密切相关。以理性的态度对待所谓“超级细菌”所带来的恐慌,更重要的是积极参与到控制细菌耐药的行动中来,人类将最终取得与细菌耐药斗争的胜利。 In 2010, "Superbug" induced people highly concern from the authoritative medical journals to the top -ranking mass media. The so -called superbug is an enterobacteriaceae carried with New Delhi - Metallo - 1 ( NDM - 1 ) gene, by which it resists to different type of broad - spectrum antibiotics. In fact, drug or muhidrug resistant(MDR) bacteria was not scarcely reported in the history of the battle between human and bacteria, for instance, methicillin resistant staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Vaneomycin resistant enterococeus (VRE), Pseudomonas A and Baumannii A have been reported in 1960s, 1990s, and at the beginning of the 21 century respectively. However, it is noticeable that its formation, epidemic transmission, strategies for prevention and management are not only the responsibility, obligation of medical staff and their faced challenge as well, but also are closely related to the public view about heath and the inclination to antibioties use. Reasonally treating the scare induced by the superbug, and actively controlling the drug resistance for bacteria campaign, we will eventually get the success to handle the problem about the drug resistance of bacteria.
