臭氧对不同细菌气溶胶消毒效果比较 被引量:13

COMPARISON OF DISINFECTION EFFICACY OF OZONE ON DIFFERENT MICROORGANISM AEROSOL

摘要 目的比较臭氧气体对不同细菌气溶胶的消毒效果。方法采用空气微生物采样器采样和细菌培养方法 ,评价了臭氧气体对3种细菌气溶胶模拟现场消毒效果。结果在常温常湿条件下,室内空气中含臭氧量为1.6mg/m3,作用10 min,对气溶胶状态的金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌和流行性感冒嗜血杆菌气溶胶平均杀灭率依次为99.99%、99.95%和98.12%。臭氧气体对3种细菌的消毒效果之间具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论所选3种试验菌气溶胶对臭氧气体的抗力差别明显,以流行性感冒嗜血杆菌气溶胶抗力最强。 Objective To compare disinfection efficacy of ozone on different microorganism aerosol.Methods A simulated field spray test was used for observing and evaluating the air disinfection efficacy of ozone on different microorganism aerosol.Results When the relative humidity and temperature were about 60% and 20℃ respectively and the ozone concentration in the chamber was 1.6 mg/m3,the average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus albus and Haemophilus influenza in aerosol exposed for 10 min were 99.99%,99.95% and 98.12% respectively.The air disinfection effects of ozone were significantly different(P0.01).Conclusion The disinfection effects of ozone on the three microorganism aerosol are significantly different,and Haemophilus influenza has the strongest resistance.
