氧气湿化液的选择与更换时限观察 被引量:2

OBSERVATION ON EFFECT AND TIME LASTING OF HUMIDIFICATION FLUID OF THE RESPIRATOR

摘要 目的研究选择氧气湿化液的效果及其更换时限,找出最佳氧气湿化液。方法采用细菌检验方法对所选择的湿化液及其在不同时间段的细菌污染情况进行了检测。结果 44份瓶装凉开水和46份无菌蒸馏水静置放于室温下24 h,其质量全部合格;放置48 h,无菌蒸馏水仍全部合格,但凉开水检出1份菌数超标。凉开水和无菌蒸馏水作为氧气湿化液使用48 h,其质量全部合格,使用72 h少数出现细菌超标。结论无菌蒸馏水和凉开水作为氧气湿化液,其使用时限基本无差别,但凉开水制作方便且成本低。 Objective To study the effect of different kinds of humidification fluid of the respirator and to find how long the humidification fluid could remain.Methods Bacteria examination was used to detect the situation of bacterial contamination of the humidification fluid on different time.Results 44 bottles of boiled water and 46 bottles of sterile distilled water standing for 24 hours at ambient temperature were qualified.When standing for 48 hours,bacteria were found in one bottle of boiled water.Boiled water and sterile distilled water used as humidification fluid for 48 hours were all qualified.When used for 72 hours,bacteria appeared in some bottles of both.Conclusion There are no differences between bottles of boiled water and sterile distilled water used for humidification fluid of the dephlogisticated air,but the boiled water is more convenient and costs less.
