摘要
目的观察现场采集的生物样品保存条件和时间对医院卫生监督监测中采集样品检验结果的影响,以便确保监测结果的准确性。方法采用现场采集样品置于设定保存条件下进行细菌检验,比较各种因素对检验结果的影响。结果常温组保存的空气样品随保存时间延长,检测细菌总数由2 h的123 cfu/m3增加到6 h的877cfu/m3。低温组保存在6 h内菌数没有变化。常温组保存的物体表面样品随保存时间延长,检测细菌总数由2 h的6 cfu/cm2增加到6 h的96 cfu/cm2。低温组保存在6 h内菌数没有变化。结论现场采集的生物样品必须置于0~4℃条件下,当日进行检验方可确保检验结果的准确性。
Objective To observe the influence of setting conditions and time of field collected biological samples on test results of hospital health supervision monitoring,in order to assure the accuracy of monitoring results.Methods Bacteriologic tests were carried out for field collected samples under setting conditions and influence of factors on test results was compared.Results For normothermic group,total numbers of bacteria of air samples increased from 123 cfu/m3 for 2 hours to 877 cfu/m3 for 6 hours;while for hypothermic group,total numbers of bacteria had no change within 6 hours.Total numbers of bacteria of object surface samples increased from 6 cfu/m3 for 2 hours to 96 cfu/m3 for 6 hours for normothermic group;for hypothermic group,total numbers of bacteria still had no change within 6 hours.Conclusion Field collected biological samples must be placed under 0~4℃ conditions and tests should be taken on the same day to assure the accuracy of test results.
