乙型肝炎病人污染器械清洗方法及其清洗效果

CLEANING METHOD AND EFFECT ON THE CONTAMINATED SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS FOR PATIENTS WITH HEPATITIS B

目的研究多酶洗液对乙型肝炎病毒污染器械的清洗消毒效果。方法采用杰力试纸测试方法和单克隆抗-HBs包被反应板方法 ,对清洗后器械清洗质量进行了检测。结果实验组器械经清洗消毒后残留血迹检测阳性1件,阳性率1.0%;对照组中阳性21件,阳性率21.0%。实验组器械清洗消毒后乙型肝炎病毒残留检测6件阳性,阳性率6.0%,而对照组阳性26件,阳性率为26.0%。2组器械清洗消毒后残留血迹检测和乙型肝炎病毒残留检测的差异均有统计学意义。结论采用多酶浸泡清洗对HBsAg阳性患者使用后的器械可以明显提高清洗质量和消毒效果。

Objective To study the cleaning and disinfection effect of the contaminated surgical instruments that soaked in multi-enzyme detergent.Methods OB test paper and monoclonal anti-HBs coated board were used to detect blood residue and HBV virus in the medical instruments for evaluating the cleaning effect of multi-enzyme detergent.Results There was 1 positive case（1.0%） for OB test of the blood residue in multi-enzyme detergent group compared with 21 positive cases（21.0%） in normal cleaning group.There were 6 positive cases（6.0%） with HBV virus that were detected in multi-enzyme detergent group compared with 26 positive cases（26.0%） in normal cleaning group.Both of them had statistical significance（P0.01）.Conclusion Using multi-enzyme detergent can obviously improve cleaning quality and disinfection effect of medical instruments that used by HBV positive patients.
