医院消毒供应室医疗器械清洗质量调查

INVESTIGATION ON CLEANING QUALITY OF MEDICAL APPLIANCES OF CENTRAL STERILE SUPPLY DEPARTMENT IN HOSPITALS

目的了解医院消毒供应室医疗器械清洗效果及其影响因素,改善和提高清洗质量。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法 ,对潍坊市16所医疗机构的医疗器械清洗质量进行了调查。结果三级甲等医院均建成了整体化供应中心,清洗消毒设施齐全,医疗器械清洗、消毒、干燥等程序规范,均达到清洗质量标准。有75%的二级医院消毒供应室清洗消毒设施不全,器械清洗程序不规范,清洗质量合格率较低。有80%的一级医院供应室清洗设施、清洗程序和清洗质量存在问题。结论所调查的16所医院消毒供应室中,二级及其以下级别医院均不同程度存在问题,需要限期改进和提高。

Objective To know the cleaning effect and influence factors of central sterile supply departments in hospitals,and to improve the cleaning quality.Methods Field investigation and sampling were used to study the cleaning quality of medical appliances in 16 hospitals.Results First-class hospitals at grade 3 have formed the integrated central sterile supply departments with disinfection equipments.Procedures of cleaning medical appliances,disinfection and dryness are specified,reaching the required standard.75% of the hospitals at grade 2 do not have sufficient medical appliances.Procedures of cleaning medical appliances are not with standard and the pass rate is low.80% of the hospitals at grade 1 have problems in cleaning equipment,cleaning procedures and cleaning quality of their central sterile supply departments.Conclusions In the central sterile supply departments of the 16 hospitals,those at Grade 1 and Grade 2 have problems of different degrees,needing improvement in the limit time.
