963例围手术期抗生素使用情况调查

INVESTIGATION ON 963 CASES OF USING ANTIBIOTICS IN PERIOPERATIVE PERIOD

目的了解抚顺市部分医院围手术期抗生素使用情况,为合理使用抗生素提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查方法 ,对抚顺市部分医院围手术期抗生素使用情况进行了抽样调查。结果本次调查的11所医院在2009年4月-6月间963例住院手术患者,围手术期抗生素使用率达到100%,平均使用抗生素时间为6.3 d。有12.4%的病人在术前即开始使用抗生素,有83.8%病人在术后继续使用超过3 d。采用联合使用抗生素者占44.2%,其中有45.1%的患者沿用至7 d以上。结论该医院手术病人围手术期抗生素使用率达到100%,存在过量使用和不规范使用抗生素的情况。

Objective To know the antibiotics using condition in perioperative period in some hospitals of Fushun and to provide references of antibiotics using reasonably.Methods Questionnaire was used to investigate the condition of antibiotics using in perioperative period in some hospitals of Fushun.Results 963 patients in 11 hospitals investigated use antibiotics in perioperative period,the average period is 6.3 days.Among them,12.4% use antibiotics before operation,and 83.8% continue to use it over 3 days after operation.The patients who use antibiotics along with other medicines account for 44.2%,and 45.1% use antibiotics at least 7 days.Conclusions The antibiotics using rate of in perioperative period is 100% in hospital.And perioperative antibiotics using is not with standard in the hospital.
