摘要
目的了解宝鸡市各级医疗机构消毒质量状况,以便加强医院消毒管理。方法采用现场采样和检测方法 ,对宝鸡市20所不同级别医院的消毒效果及卫生质量进行了监测。结果自1999-2008年连续10年,共采集医院内不同样品1747份,消毒质量总平均合格率为86.7%。不同监测对象中,以室内空气和医护人员手消毒质量合格率最低,仅为60.3%和76.8%;物体表面和使用中的消毒剂合格率分别为97.1%和92.9%。结论宝鸡市医疗机构消毒质量总体合格率较低,室内空气和医护人员手消毒效果均不尽人意,需要加强监督管理,改进和提高消毒管理水平。
Objective To know all levels of medical institutions disinfection quality condition in Baoji,in order to strengthen the hospital disinfection management.Methods Sampling and testing methods were used to monitor the disinfection effecacy and the sanitary quality in 20 different rank of hospital of Baoji.Results From 1999～2008,1 747 samples were gathered in the hospital,the average disinfection eligible rate was 86.7%.In different monitor object,the lowest eligible rate was indoor air and the medical care personnel＇s hand,that were 60.3% and 76.8% respectively.The eligible rate of object surface and using disinfectant were 97.1% and 92.9% respectively.Conclusions The Baoji medical institution disinfection quality was low.The disinfection efficacy of the indoor air and the medical care personnel＇s hand was unsatisfactory.It should to strengthen the management of supervision,and to improve disinfection management level.
