西宁市部分医院污水处理效果调查

INVESTIGATION OF HOSPITAL SEWAGE TREATMENT EFFECT IN XINNING

目的了解西宁市医院污水消毒处理及其效果情况。方法通过现场填写调查表和采样检测方法 ,对西宁市不同级别医院污水处理设施情况和消毒效果进行了调查和检测。结果所调查的30所医院中,有28所建有消毒设施,占93.33%;有26所医院的污水消毒设施能正常运转,占86.67%。医院污水采用二氧化氯消毒法占78.57%,少部分医院采用臭氧消毒法、次氯酸钠消毒法和紫外线消毒法。凡经消毒处理后的污水中均未检出沙门菌,96.43%污水样未检出志贺菌。未建消毒设施的2所医院污水中均检出沙门菌。结论西宁市多数医院建设污水消毒设施,且运行状况良好,消毒后污水合格率较高,但存在管理死角。

Objective To investigate the hospital sewage disinfection treatment and the results in Xining.Methods Questionnaire and on-site sampling and testing methods were used to investigate the sewage treatment facilities and disinfection efficacy at different levels of hospital in Xining.Results There are disinfection facilities in 28 those of 30 hospitals investigated,accounting for 93.33%.The disinfection facilities of 26 hospitals run well,accounting for 86.67%.The rate of hospital wastewater disinfection by using chlorine dioxide is 78.57%.A small part of hospitals use ozone,sodium hypochlorite and UV disinfection.Salmonella was not detected out in all the disinfected sewage.Shigella was not detected out in 96.43% sewage sample.Salmonella was both detected out in sewage of the two hospitals which did not have disinfection facilities.Conclusions The majority of hospitals in Xining have water disinfection facilities,and running well.The eligible rate sewage after disinfection is high,but there still exist unsatisfied management.
